The Role
As a Data & AI Lead specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring that practice growth and P&L targets are met.
- Overseeing technical delivery to ensure the overall quality of solutions developed.
- Pre-sales efforts, including client meetings, presentations, estimating new projects, and webinars.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
- Adding new offerings to Elantis’ Service Catalog.
- Be able to work PST time.
In this role, here are some of the skills we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of data governance best practices, including data cataloging, lineage, and classification using Azure Purview.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and database design using SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Cosmos DB.
- Expertise in designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and managing big data solutions.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong skills in DAX and Power Query for advanced data manipulation.
- Able to work with project managers and technical teams to complete projects on time and on budget.
- Minimum of five years of project delivery experience.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience in consulting roles with multiple concurrent clients.
- Articulate, excellent communication skills.
- Able to confidently advise clients on solutions.
- Proactive and driven.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
- Skilled at coaching and mentoring a team.

- Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Azure Administrator Associate.
- Azure Database Administrator Associate.
- Azure AI Engineer Associate.
- Azure Data Scientist Associate.
- Azure Data Engineer Associate.
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data) Specialty.
- Azure Cosmos DB Developer Specialty.
