This position is fully remote, however the selected candidate must be located and eligible to work in the United States or Canada.

The Role
As a Proposal Specialist at Elantis, you’ll be responsible to:
- Writing, editing, and formatting persuasive proposals, bids, and presentations that effectively communicate our offerings and align with client needs.
- Developing strategies to win competitive tenders and differentiate Elantis from its competitors.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather required information and tailor proposals to specific client requirements.
- Supporting the end-to-end proposal process, including tracking submission deadlines, coordinating resources, managing and updating proposal content, facilitating internal reviews and approvals, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Analyzing proposal results, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance win rates and proposal quality.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to support business development efforts.
- Achieving targets for proposal win rates.
Here are some of the skills we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, marketing, copy writing, documentation, or business development. Experience in the technology industry is a significant asset.
- Extremely detail-oriented, able to employ critical thinking to analyze client requirements and create a cohesive and compliant sales documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages and informs target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize proposal win rates.
- Highly organized and results-driven, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field.
